00:55 cbxbiker61 anyone have an idea why xbmc/kodi would crash a hummingboard 2ex, when the same code runs fine on the cubox-i quad?
00:56 cbxbiker61 it crashes the system, not just xbmc/kodi
11:44 peeter123 crazystick: this one fits the HB-pro and has mounting holes -> http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/processor-microcontroller-development-kits/7644382 you can leave the top off, the base will hold the board in place
11:47 Exaga peeter123: isn't that the standard raspi enclosure?
11:55 peeter123 Dunno I think but it fits the HB-pro perfectly ;)
11:56 Exaga well i have the black version of that enclosure and my i2eX won't fit in it because of the mSATA port on the underside of the board
11:57 Exaga i guessed the i4Pro will be the same
12:03 crazystick the i2eX is the one I have. the previous one I linked was very close, just a few mm in it, I'll order one of these too, and report back if it works for me. thanks
12:05 Exaga cool :>
12:06 peeter123 It's a tight fit but it fits, I don't have a drive in the mSATA port though, maybe then it will be too high to fit
12:12 Exaga Artox: o/
12:13 Exaga peeter123: i haven't found a case that fits the hummingboard i2ex yet, without needed modification first
12:14 Exaga perhaps when 2 million units have been sold somebody might think it's a good idea to create one :>
12:15 cbxbiker61 someone just needs to crank a 3-d design together so we can have them 3-d printed
12:15 Exaga cbxbiker61: that would be nice
12:16 Artox ?` Exaga
12:18 cbxbiker61 rabeeh, ping
12:22 crazystick even with the mSATA fitted, the header is still the thing that protrudes the most (at least with the drive I have). A bit of tolerance never hurts though, maybe I'll have a go at making something in Sketchup
12:23 Exaga something with a flap underneath so you wouldn;t have to take it apart to fit/swap mSATA devices
12:23 Exaga and plenty of room above the board for the heatsinks :>
12:29 bencoh hey guys, I'm working on a (commercial) project and we're considering using Cubox-i as our hw ... can we use Cubox pictures on our website ?
12:30 bencoh rabeeh: any thought about this maybe ?
12:33 Artox bencoh: I am rpetty sure that if you shoot the photos yourself you are definitely allowed
12:34 Artox about those on SR website I got no clue ofc
