07:14 jnettlet sanjeevs, pong
10:19 sanjeevs jnettlet: How are you doing ?
10:21 jnettlet hanging in there. Just getting ready to step out for a bit. I can answer a question now if it is quick :)
10:21 sanjeevs I wanted to clarfiy some queries regarding maintaning Kernel 3.14+Freescale patches
10:22 sanjeevs I am sure that you has had lot's of conficts while porting the FSL Bsp patches to mainline Stable Kernel Tree https://github.com/linux4kix/linux-linaro-stable-mx6
10:23 jnettlet I have massaged the patches some yes.
10:23 jnettlet but that is to be expected since they are targeted at a much older kernel
10:24 sanjeevs I have identified approximtely 300 patches that need to port inside arm directory over 3.14 kernel as per my feasiblity study
10:24 sanjeevs ohh I see you massaged the patches because I don't see conflicts in your Commit header's.
10:25 jnettlet well they aren't conflicts because I re-worked the patches. Many patches are almost complete rewrites.
10:25 sanjeevs I am doing evaluation of Nitrogen6x Board related change and will share the patchset to you so that you can merge in your tree
10:26 jnettlet the commit messages are more place holders to identify what the patch is for
10:26 jnettlet thanks.
10:26 sanjeevs Who has reviewed your patch set ?
10:27 sanjeevs Intitially when you started with this task what FSL Bsp release version you have chosen ?
10:27 jnettlet It was the last Bsp release. I am currently finishing up merging the latest release
10:28 sanjeevs Ok
10:28 jnettlet although I will accept minimal patches for that as most of it is targeted at the iMX6SX which I don't support
10:28 sanjeevs Do you really agree that we should massaged the patches because by doing so we can't identify the actual change
10:29 sanjeevs Yes I do see lot of change with respect to iMX6SX in FSL bsp's
10:30 sanjeevs I will ping you later because you have to step out now.
10:31 jnettlet okay
10:31 sanjeevs Bfn
12:03 django jnettlet: any news on the patch for 352mhz vpu?
